-Sisterhood-
"Welcome to our Ivy League"
Being an Alpha Phi means being apart of something that is bigger than yourself with women who share the same values, interests, and goals. Sisterhood means not only supporting one another, but also holding one another to a higher standard and inspiring each sister to be the best version of themselves. The support of a sisterhood is always standing behind you helping to keep your values and goals strong as you develop new friendships, experience college, and graduate into the work field. The memories you share with your sisters are indescribable, like running home on Bid Day, receiving a Big then a Little, raising money for the Alpha Phi Foundation at Red Dress Gala, and the numerous campus and Greek Life events you attend together! With these memories, your sisters become your best friends and eventually even your bridesmaids! Being an Alpha Phi is truly not only four years, it's for life.

Big Little
The best thing next to getting our bids is getting our BIGS and LITTLES!
Getting your Big on reveal night is one of the most exciting and unforgettable memories of your experience in Alpha Phi. A Big is someone you can look up to for guidance throughout your entire college experience. She is a shoulder to lean on when you're sad, a person you can laugh with until you can't breathe, and someone who you can truly call your best friend. Your relationship with your Big will hold a special place in your heart as you receive your own Little and become a Big someday. Your family tree will grow and grow forever, but they will always be your home in Alpha Phi.
