As a collegiate member, academics always come first within Alpha Phi. Our studies are taken very seriously and we encourage girls to strive for a strong GPA while taking pride in their success!

As one of our six values, good scholarship is expected by our members. However various incentives are offered for sisters who go above and beyond what is expected of them!

MANAGING SCHOOL AND ALPHA PHI:

Sometimes, school can be a lot. However, Alpha Phi is always there to help get you through. Our sisters share a wide variety of majors ranging from being apart of our Nursing School, Fashion Design, Public Relations, Biology Pre-Med, and more. We all lean on each other to study together, take classes together, and overall motivate each other to have successful futures. In Alpha Phi, we know that school comes first and recognize our sisters for the hard work they put in to their academics through incentives and awards.

Pearl Dinner

At the end of each semester, members who have made the Dean's List by achieving a GPA of 3.4, or higher, are invited to Pearl Dinner at Bricco in Downtown Kent! Sisters are rewarded by the chapter for their hard work and are able to share in this success with other Alpha Phi sisters. Members obtaining a 4.0 receive a beautiful Ivy Leaf ring! 
This past fall we had over 90% of our chapter attend pearl dinner!
